Refrain from discarding any packing materials until every component has been clearly identified and accounted for. Handle components with utmost care. Especially avoid touching optical surfaces with bare hands, as fingerprints and grease can degrade the pristine image quality. Ensure that the microscope is assembled on a flat and stable surface to maintain its structural integrity and performance. II. Using the microscope Interpupillary adjustmentAdjust the eyepiece tubes until you perceive a singular, seamless circular field through both eyepieces for optimal viewing. Should you notice two separate circles, it indicates the interpupillary distance is too large; if two overlapping circles appear, the distance is too small, necessitating adjustment. The eyepiece tube offers flexible adjustment, ensuring comfortable vision with interpupillary distances between 54 and 76mm.Focusing the microscopeFocus on the sample by utilizing the conveniently placed focusing knobs on either side of the head holder. This precise adjustment is facilitated by an efficient 'rack and pinion' mechanism. Adjust the tension for smooth operation with the tension knob within the right focusing knob.Achieve clarity by focusing with the highest magnification strength. If clarity is elusive, adjust the vertical pole's height. Secure the microscope's position with the locking screw and support collar post-adjustment. III.
