We engineer and manufacture Air Conditioner to suit the building design and application. Split Commercial Air ConditionerDucted Split UnitFeatures1. Convenient for unit selection Sendo split type air conditioners are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of the home, office, hotel and others public occasion use.Wide cooling capacity range from 5.5Ton to 50Ton (19.5kW to 180.8kW).ODM/OEM, we could provide customized production according to your demand.? Colors for ODU can be ordered in either white or dark grey.? 3 installation types for IDU: ceiling concealed, floor standing ducted and floor standing free blow.? IDU panels can be constructed of galvanized steel coated or panels are double-skin with injection of high density polyurethane. ? Optional additional function section for IDU. Mixing section (Fresh air intake)/Filter section/Electrical Heater section/Hot Water Coil section etc. Colors for ODU can be ordered in either white or dark grey. Standard cooling capacity range from 19.5kW to 180.8kW. The maximum cooling capacity that we provided is 392kW. Installation types for IDU: Ceiling concealed, floor standing ducted and floor standing free blow. IDU panels can be constructed of galvanized steel coated or double-skin with injection of high density polyurethane.Optional additional function section for IDU /DX Air Handling Unit(AHU).2. Outstanding reliabilityDurable constructionThe casing is made of zinc coated galvanised steel sheets. It is further treated with an electrostatic powder coat then over baked to provide a weather resistant finish to suit the harsh climate. The screws are also zinc plated to improved product durability.Reliable scroll compressorHigh efficiency scroll type compressor is hermetically sealed, quiet running and supported on rubber mounts to minimise vibration. All compressors are provided with an internal overload protection, and incorporate crankcase heater for smooth start-up under any conditions. Famous brand compressor: More reliable.Heat-exchanger coilsThe condenser and evaporator coils are manufactured from seamless copper tubes mechanically bonded to blue hydrophilic aluminium fins to ensure optimum heat transfer. The generously sized coils provide ample capacity under all operating conditions. Outdoor and Indoor fan? The outdoor fan is multi-blade vane-axial type, made of aluminum alloy for quiet operation and durability. It is directly driven by waterproof motor to ensure reliable continuous operations.? The indoor fan is centrifugal type. The fan is directly driven (Model 20~100) & belt driven (Model 120~180) by waterproof motor. The fan and motor assembly is tested and dynamic balance is implemented in the factory. Multi-protection designElectric panel consists of breakers and contactors for compressors & fan motors, phase sequence relay and other necessary protection devices to ensure units operate normally and reliably.3. Easy operation line controller? Cooling/Heating/Fan/Auto? Error indication? Timing on/offUnits are completely factory-wired with necessary controls and wiring terminals for power wiring. Microprocessor controls the cooling,heating and ventilating modes in response to signals from sensors measuring indoor and outdoor temperature. It will keep accurate temperature control, minimum drift from the set point and provide better building comfort.Siemens PLC controller is optional. 4. Easy installation and maintenance? Units are completely assembled, internally wired, charged outdoor unit with refrigerant at the factory.The site work only needs to connect refrigerant pipes and communication wires between outdoor unit and indoor unit.?
