The function and process flow of the equipmentThis furnaces group is the dedicated furnaces for the 4-4.5T/h EC grade aluminum rod continuous casting and rolling line (CCR line). When melting, the high-temperature smoke during exhaust would be absorbed by the aluminum ingot in the vertical furnace, which can greatly save the energy;1.2 Inner diameter of the column is 1350mm, total height is 4500mm, which has three stages. And it can store above 5 Ton aluminum ingot, which could fully absorb the heat of the smoke to lower the energy consumption. Large diameter could guarantee add piles of aluminum ingot smoothly;1.3 The column of the melting furnace is made up of high intensity phosphate fan-shaped brick (features: strike -resistant, wear-resistant). The using life of the vertical furnace is more than 3 years. Structure of vertical furnace A. Side wall of bottom furnace is assembled by 8mm steel plate, reinforced with 10# U-bar rib. B. Base plate of bottom furnace is assembled by 14mm steel plate, outside extra reinforced with 2pcs ribs. C. Side wall of vertical column is assembled by 5mm steel plate, which flanges use 14mm steel plate. D. Main exhaust hood is assembled by 5mm steel plate, which fire door uses 5mm steel plate. E. Furnace door is assembled by 8mm and 14mm steel plate, which door frame is fabricated by heat-resistant cast iron. F. Fume pipe is assembled by 3mm steel plate.2.1 furnace body steel structure:The steel structure of the furnace body is completely welded, the shell is made of 8mm thick high quality Q235 steel plate and 16 # i-steel by external strengthening welding, and the bottom of the furnace is made of 16mm thick high quality Q235 steel plate and 20 # i-steel by external strengthening welding, the whole shell forms a net reinforced steel structure, which has good steel strength and air tightness, can fully withstand the mechanical stress and thermal stress of the furnace, all the steel used on the furnace are made of WISCO or Lianyuan steel;2.2. Furnace Door:Aluminum alloy ingot and slag are added to 780 * 550 hinge-type furnace door, slot casting is used around the furnace door, high temperature fiber cotton is embedded in the slot to ensure its sealing performance and service life.2.3 burners: 12T holding furnaces each equipped with 11.5 million kcal oil-fired high-temperature burners (manual control) .2.4. Molten pool:DKS-80 non-stick aluminum castable structure is adopted in the working layer of the heat preservation furnace. Compared with the brick structure, the advantages of this structure are: the non-stick aluminum performance of the working layer is very strong and a small amount of stick aluminum can be scraped off with a picker in the hot state, it will not pollute the molten aluminum alloy, and will not affect the weight of molten aluminum! At the same time, the service life of castable is about 2-3 years longer than that of brick structure2.5. Description of the combustion system Every chamber of the holding furnace adopts 1 set of T86 burner (manual ignition), to ensure the aluminum liquid temperature can be increased to casting temperature quickly under the premise of continuous casting and rolling.Furnaces for standard configuration, it use manual burner and manual control, customer could choose auto burner depends on own requirement.
