Product Description Product DescriptionAuto-control Evaporative Flash sterilization MachineA flash evaporative sterilizer is a device that utilizes the process of flash evaporation for sterilization purposes.In a flash evaporative sterilizer, liquid (usually a solution containing a sterilizing agent or the liquid sample to be sterilized) vaporizes instantaneously under high temperature and specific pressure conditions. This rapid vaporization process enables the microorganisms (such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.) within to be killed due to protein denaturation, nucleic acid destruction and other reasons in the high-temperature steam environment, thus achieving the purpose of sterilization.Instantaneous high temperature sterilization is an important link in gelatin production. The gelatin thick glue liquid is transported by the screw pump of the feed balance tank to the plate heat exchanger and preheated to 75oC-80oC through the steam ejector, the thick glue liquid is mixed with steam, Instantly heat to the sterilization temperature (about 140 °C) and pass the concentrated glue through the holding tube for about 4-6 seconds. After entering the flash tank under a certain degree of vacuum through the interception valve, the pressure of the gelatin solution suddenly decreases, the contained water is partially vaporized, and the temperature drops to 50-53 °C instantaneously.
