As a result, there is an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This temperature increase then recycles the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, instigating further evaporation. In this way, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is ingeniously recycled, contributing to both economic and environmental benefits.The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is meticulously engineered to encompass a comprehensive range of high-quality components for optimum performance. Its core assembly includes the durable compressor body, a robust coupling, an efficient gearbox, a reliable lubrication system, a powerful motor, sophisticated electric instruments, and a state-of-the-art anti-surge control system. This series boasts a compact structure, ensuring it is perfectly tailored for ease of maintenance and operational efficiency, making it an ideal choice for advanced industrial applications.Installation Instructions3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base integrally on its designated foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve optimal leveling of the unit.Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled. Secure these with spot welds at 4 to 5 points for steadfast stability.The user must tailor the wedge's manufacture and installation to fit the actual conditions, ensuring a smooth contact surface for impeccable alignment.The inclined plane must align evenly, and remember, the wedge iron's bearing capacity is not to exceed a hefty 40Kg/cm2).3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to ascertain the perfect level of the unit. The axial level should be maintained at a meticulous 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be at 0.10/1000mm.Attaining these levels is vital for the unit's seamless operation.3.3.3 It's time to center the coupling. Before you dive into alignment, ensure the following imperative steps:1) Securely turn off the main power supply;2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, and any unwanted attachments;5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to facilitate motor adjustments with ease when loosened;6) Have a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets ready, ensuring they are clear of attachments and impeccably flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, as provided by the customer;8) Make use of a bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the illustrative figure below;9) Ensure that a motor wheel hub mounting bracket is in place for the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The motor shaft center line should slightly eclipse the compressor low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, with coupling end face between 0.03~0.05mm;11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts. Double-check the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for flawless functionality.;12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical or trial operation, loosen and then re-tighten them for maximum assurance.3.3.5 Recognize that the impeller is a high-speed marvel. Any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible harm to the compressor. Assure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor are pristine, aligning with the system's steam corrosion standards. Should any pipeline not meet this benchmark, rectification is critical. We recommend integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, pre-positioned before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.Innovative solutions like these maximize the compressor's integrity and performance.3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for installing essential pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines connecting to the compressor are independently supported by other brackets, and their weight is not borne by the compressor itself.3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully set, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the seamless performance of the Superior Steam Compressor, unlocking its full potential for vanadium extraction.3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring between the compressor and the control cabinet should be expertly threaded through underground piping.
