Product Description Professional Stand SeriesMagnetic Field Distribution System Measurement:MZ-MRTS701-ABSProduct DescriptionOVERVIEWThe MZ-MRTS701 Floor-standing Magnetic Field Distribution Testing System is a high-performance system designed and manufactured according to the International Electrotechnical Commission's permanent magnet measurement standard 404-5 and the national standard GB3217-92. This system can automatically perform two-dimensional scanning of the surface magnetic field of magnetic materials, calculate the surface magnetic distribution, and plot the surface magnetic distribution curve. WORKING PRINCIPLEThe device consists of a control host, an automatic moving mechanism for the Hall probe, and a product clamping and rotating platform. It utilizes advanced microcomputer hardware and software technology, as well as popular microcontroller processing techniques, along with high-linearity and high-stability Hall devices.It can automatically measure the surface magnetic distribution of various magnetic products (such as neodymium iron boron, ferrite, and plastic magnets) and determine their polarity. The magnetic flux distribution waveform, magnetic field parameters, and data analysis are all handled automatically by the computer.The system can generate X-Y coordinate curves, and all measurement data, curves, and test reports can be printed, stored, and displayed by the computer. The probe is controlled by a motor, eliminating the need for manual adjustments during use. It offers high precision for repeated testing and is convenient for batch testing.MAIN FEATURES Easy to OperateThe device has a built-in high-speed data acquisition card, allowing for easy upgrades or replacements. The testing software works on Windows XP and above, featuring a simple interface that is easy to learn. Parameter Display: Shows pole count, polarity, peak values, angles, area, and width, including max, min, average, and standard deviation.f. Curve Generation: Automatically creates magnetic distribution curves for each product.g. Quality Assessment: Determines if products meet testing standards.h.
