According to international and domestic testing standards, different specifications of battery systems can be comprehensively tested, and the quality of batteries can be comprehensively evaluated through testing data.The system has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy conservation, and no pollution to the power grid throughout the entire testing process (in the absence of load consumption in the factory area, equipment discharge can be directly fed back to the power grid, and all channels areallowed to discharge simultaneously and feed back to the power grid without causing pollution to the power grid).2. System technical advantages l The lower computer of the testing cabinet adopts a DSP control scheme to achieve high-speed and accurate control of electrical energy. Through the control of the lower computer, the device supports offline work. In the event of the upper computer going offline, crashing, or disconnecting, the test cabinet does not stop and operates normally according to the testing process that has been issued. After the upper computer resumes connection, the test data will automatically continue to be uploaded. Offline running time shall not be less than 2 hours. l The system software supports cross loop nesting function, which meets the testing process of battery cross loop nesting in laboratory or production. l Advanced software phase-locked control technology in the testing cabinet, active rectification, inverter total emission harmonic THDI ≤ 5%; l Timely power control algorithm for testing cabinet spaciousness to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation;l The system supports linkage control of charging and discharging test cabinets, temperature boxes, chillers, vibration tables, and other equipment in a set of upper computer software. It also supports custom variables for temperature boxes, chillers, and test cabinets through algorithm requirements provided by customers, with variable values as step control conditions (optional)3. It can perform intelligent PID adjustment operations, PWM signal output, and data storage according to process instructions and sampling data l IGBT control power unit: composed of IGBT and related driving circuits, it receives PWM signals output by the DSP main control unit and outputs controllable high-quality bidirectional DC power supply; l Detection unit: mainly composed of voltage and current signal conditioning circuit, voltage and current sampling circuit, fault signal detection circuit, etc., mainly responsible for collecting and converting input and output voltage and current.5.
