Application :rotary dryer according to the drying medium and the flowing direction of the material, and is divided into two kinds of downstream and upstream.The main body of the direct heating transfer rotary drum dryer is a rotating cylinder which is slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The cylinder by the gear transmission, the speed is generally 2~6r/min, the tilt of the cylinder is related with the rotary dryer length, usually between 1 -5 degrees. The material is fed from a high section of the rotary dryer and is in contact with the hot air. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material under the action of gravity flows down to the lower end to be dried and discharged. There are several kinds of lifting plate:1. Lifting type Lifting plate: suitable for large lump material or easy to be bond in the wall of the material.2.Four grid type lifting plate: applicable to large density, not brittle or not easily dispersed material. The lifting plate will divide the inside cylinder into four grid, will form a fan operation room not communicating with each other, the contact area of the material and the hot air is larger than the lifting type,and it can increase the material filling rate and reduce material falling height and reducing the amount of dust loss.3. cross shape or frame shape plate: suitable for more brittle and easily dispersed small pieces of material, so that the material can be evenly distributed in the entire section of the cylinder.4. sleeve type lifting plate: for multiple heat transfer (or semi diameter heating) rotary drum dryer.5. cellular type (fan) plate is suitable for fine particles and easy to cause the powder fly. When material feeding is piled up in the lattice board, when the cylinder rotates, the material is stirred and constantly in contact with hot air, at the same time for the material landing height decreases, reducing the possibility of drying materials taken by hot air. 3.Rotary Dryer Equipment Working Principle:The wet material is sent to the hopper by a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator, and then the feeding machine pass the hopper enters the feeding end through the feeding pipe. The inclination of the feeding pipe should be larger than the material natural inclination angle, so that the material flows smoothly into the rotary dryer. The rotary dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder with a horizontal line which is slightly inclined. Material feed from high end , heating medium enter from the low-end, form countercurrent contact with the material. There is also heat carrier and the material together and flow into the rotary dryer cylinder. As the rotary dryer cylinder rotating, the material flow to the lower end under the gravitational force . During the wet material in the rotary dryer cylinder to move forward process, directly or indirectly get the heat from the heat carrier, make the wet material to dry, and then at the discharge end discharged by the screw conveyor or belt conveyor. The lifting blade is arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder body, and its function is raise the material up and down, so that the contact surface of the material and the air flow is increased, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the material move forward.. Heat carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas etc.. Heat carrier after the dryer, generally requires the cyclone dust collector,collect the material with brought with the gas, If you need to further reduce the amount of dust in the tail gas, but also should go through the bag filter or wet dust collector then discharge. In various forms of lifting plate above can be distributed throughout the whole rotary dryer cylinder, in order to cause the material to quickly and evenly to the lifting plate,can install screw guide material plate at the feed end of 1~5m, in order to avoid the accumulation of wet material bonding on the cylinder wall.
