Product DescriptionPRODUCT DISPLAYShort Description: The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is mainly used for dewatering and volume reduction of sludge generated in the treatment process of municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, breeding wastewater, etc. It converts thin sludge with a moisture content of 90% - 99% into mud cakes with a moisture content of 70% - 85%, facilitating subsequent transportation, landfill or resource utilization. In municipal sewage treatment plants, it can treat the excess sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank; in industrial fields such as food processing and printing and dyeing, it can handle organic sludge generated in the production process; in breeding farms, it can dewater the sludge after manure treatment. This equipment solves the problems of traditional sludge dewatering equipment, such as large floor space, easy blockage, and poor adaptability to sludge concentration, providing an efficient solution for sludge reduction and harmless treatment.PRODUCT DETAILS The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine realizes sludge dewatering with the core principle of "spiral extrusion + filtration". Firstly, the thin sludge with high moisture content enters the equipment feed port and mixes with the flocculant injected by the dosing device. The suspended particles in the sludge form dense flocs under the action of the flocculant; then, the flocculent sludge is transported to the filter cavity of the stacked screw main body. When the spiral shaft rotates, the spiral blades push the sludge forward along the filter cavity, and at the same time, the filter formed by the fixed ring and the floating ring continuously filters water to achieve preliminary dewatering; as the sludge moves to the outlet, the volume of the filter cavity gradually decreases, and the extrusion force of the spiral shaft increases continuously, squeezing out more water from the sludge, and finally forming a mud cake with low moisture content to be discharged from the outlet. During the entire process, the cleaning device sprays regularly to rinse the residual sludge in the filter ,preventing blockage and ensuring stable dewatering efficiency. The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine has four core characteristics: strong adaptability, not easy to block, small floor space and low energy consumption. In terms of adaptability, it can handle sludge of different concentrations with a moisture content of 90% - 99% without the need for dilution or concentration pretreatment of the sludge, and is suitable for municipal, industrial, breeding and other fields; being not easy to block is its significant advantage. The filter of the fixed ring and the floating ring can be regularly rinsed by the cleaning device, and the rotation of the spiral shaft can loosen the sludge, avoiding the blockage problem of traditional filter cloth and filter plate; the floor space is only 1/3 - 1/2 of that of traditional dewatering equipment, saving workshop space; the energy consumption is low, the power of a single equipment is usually 1.5 - 5kW, which is more than 30% more energy - saving than equipment such as plate and frame filter presses. At the same time, it has a high degree of automation, can realize unattended operation, reduce labor costs, and has low operating noise, meeting environmental protection requirements. The core structure of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine consists of a stacked screw main body, a driving device, a dosing device, a cleaning device and a control system. The stacked screw main body is the key part, which is composed of fixed rings and floating rings alternately stacked to form a spiral filter cavity, with a spiral shaft inside, and the spiral blades on the shaft push the sludge forward; the driving device includes a motor and a reducer, providing power for the rotation of the spiral shaft; the dosing device is used to add flocculants to form flocs from the suspended particles in the sludge, improving the dewatering effect; the cleaning device includes a cleaning pump and a spray pipe, which regularly sprays clean water into the filter cavity to prevent the filter from blocking; the control system is composed of a PLC controller and a touch screen, which can set operating parameters (such as spiral speed, dosing amount), monitor the equipment operation status in real time, and automatically alarm when abnormalities occur.
