This infrared microscope integrates high-definition visible light observation with high-performance infrared spectral measurement, enabling micro-area sample measurements with the highest infrared spatial resolution.The AT-61071 infrared microscope features high resolution in both visible and infrared light, multifunctionality for mid-infrared and near-infrared testing, a wide spectral range, and high sensitivity. It supports various measurement modes, including microscopic transmission, reflection, ATR (Attenuated Total Reflection) measurement, variable temperature measurement, and microscopic emission measurement. These modes can be switched with just a touch of a button, reducing the operational intensity for experimenters and addressing measurement challenges for various microscopic materials in scientific research and production quality control.The observation system of the AT-61071 infrared microscope combines "high resolution" and "multifunctionality," allowing for direct switching via panel buttons, providing an intuitive and simple operation. This innovative design facilitates infrared measurements of microscopic samples. The "observation" system is equipped with two LED light sources and a 12-megapixel high-resolution camera, enabling free switching between visible light transmission and reflection modes, with clear visible images displayed on a computer screen. The "measurement" system supports infrared transmission, reflection, and ATR measurement modes, which can be directly switched on the panel. The following figure illustrates a high-precision ATR objective lens and its optical path, offering a "what you see is what you get" experience!The standard configuration of the AT-61071 includes an XYZ manual sample stage, a 20x focusing lens, a 20x reflection objective lens, a high-precision knife-edge aperture, and a liquid nitrogen-cooled MCT (Mercury Cadmium Tell uride) detector, covering application fields such as materials science, biological products, chemical environmental protection, forensic science, and artwork conservation. The system can be upgraded with a fully automated high-precision sample stage, equipped with a microscopic ATR lens, and optionally configured with a room-temperature DTGS (Deuterated Triglycine Sulfate) detector, an electrically cooled InGaAs (Indium Gallium Arsenide) detector to extend into the near-infrared spectral range, meeting users' research needs for different application scenarios.Working PrincipleThe interferometric light from the infrared spectrometer is output to the infrared microscope through a switching mirror. The interferometric light is focused onto the sample by an infrared objective lens. By adjusting the aperture size, users can measure microscopic regions with spatial resolutions less than 10 micrometers. The transmitted or reflected light from the sample enters the infrared detector, obtaining the infrared interferogram of the sample, and thus deriving the chemical composition and physical information of the sample. The infrared microscope consists of two parts: a visible light path and an infrared light path. The visible light path includes a visible light source and a visible light camera, while the infrared light path comprises an infrared objective lens, a focusing lens, and an infrared detector. These two light paths are designed coaxially, offering a "what you see is what you get" experience, enabling micro-area sample observation and measurement through a high-precision sample stage.
