Product Description Product DescriptionIntroduction:Thermal protection (radiation) performance tester is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements of ISO6942 and EN366. The device fully complies with the standard's testing requirements and is recognized by European and American customers; the device has a user-friendly, intuitive, Windows-based application that provides complete thermal control, fault detection and data logging functions. RPP system configuration and burn prediction calculations are also included in ThermDAC. User-defined tests allow operators to define non-standard test conditions and custom tolerance standards. Multiple chart displays can be viewed, with zoom capabilities to see specific conditions in detail. Real-time statistics capabilities can be applied to test data during any user-selected time range. This device is used to evaluate the performance of heat- and fire-resistant protective clothing in response to thermal motion when exposed to short-duration flames. Heat with a certain heat density (80KW/m2±5%) is applied to the lower side of the sample woven from cloth and other materials constituting the protective clothing.
