Work Process Work Process A specially designed spiral mixing monomer is in the mixing tube, and the two adjacent monomers at the beginning are fixed in the pipeline in opposite direction.The monomer itself does not rotate, and there is no rotating part in the mixer.Instead, the kinetic energy of the water flow is used as the mixing energy. When the fluid flows in the mixing monomer, each monomer divides the water flow into two parts.The total flow number of the mixer increases in geometric progression, which is called a paired split mixing. Due to the opposite direction of the adjacent mixing monomers, the water flow continues to generate vortices.This kind of vortex and anti-vortex enhance the mixing efficiency, and three kinds of mixing actions occur in the mixer, thus effectively mix different liquid media instantly.
