It automatically performs three-side trimming on books with rough edges. Operators simply place neatly aligned books into the feed inlet, and the machine automatically transfers them to the cutting station. The trimming process is completed in sequence-left, right, and fore-edge-after which the finished books are automatically delivered to the output section.The DS-15 is equipped with a full set of advanced functional modules, including pneumatic book clamping, pneumatic pressing, servo-driven book feeding, servo-driven side knives, servo-driven front knife, an integrated knife table, and a main drive servo system. The machine delivers high cutting precision, fast setup and adjustment, and user-friendly operation, making it an indispensable and cost-effective solution in modern post-press processing environments. 2.1 Workflow DescriptionPower On: Connect the power supply and complete initialization. The machine enters standby mode.Manual Book Loading: The operator places the pre-aligned books into the feeding inlet. The book feeding mechanism automatically pushes the book to the rear of the pusher carriage.Book Clamping and Feeding: The book is clamped and pushed into the cutting station. At the same time, the pressing system activates to hold the book firmly in place.Side Knife Cutting: The left and right side knives operate first, trimming both sides of the book.Front Knife Cutting: The front knife then descends to trim the fore-edge of the book.System Reset: The front knife and pressing system return to their original positions.
