When it used with a dust extraction valve, it automatically removes a large amount of dust from combust, to make sure the accurate and repeatable analysis results, reducing manual cleaning time and increasing efficiency. High working efficiency, the dust removal power comes from the combustion exhaust gas, which truly realizes energy saving and environmental protection. Carbon and sulfur are one of the most widely distributed elements in nature. In the earth's crust, carbon and sulfur usually exist in the form of compound (such as carbonate, sulfate) and element (such as coal, sulfur). In the metal smelting process, no matter what smelting technology and craft is adopted, carbon and sulfur will inevitably enter the metal material and form a variety of compounds, which will have a certain impact on the properties of the metal. Therefore, in the entire smelting industry chain and downstream industry chain, the analysis of carbon and sulfur elements is necessary. The high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer is a fast carbon and sulfur analyzer, which analyzer is a advanced carbon and sulfur analyzer at present, and it is widely used in fields of metallurgy, machinery, scientific research, verification industries and etc.Based on the principle of high-frequency induction combustion, the carbon and sulfur elements contained in the sample are converted into CO2 and SO2. CO2 and SO2 have strong absorption bands at 4.26 μm and 7.4 μm respectively. By measuring the light intensity change after gas absorption, and analyze the percentage of CO2 and SO2 gas concentration, indirectly determine the percentage of carbon and sulfur in the measured sample. Instrument placement requirements:    - The equipment should be placed on an insulated horizontal tabletop with a size of 240 cm. The tabletop needs to be able to accommodate three different instruments and a printer.    - The tabletop width needs to be 90cm and the height 75cm, and the table must be more than 50cm away from the wall to ensure ventilation and safe separation.   2. Indoor environment requirements:    - The room temperature should be controlled between 10 and 30 degrees Celsius, and the allowed temperature fluctuation does not exceed ±2 degrees Celsius. If this requirement cannot be met, air conditioning needs to be installed to maintain temperature stability.    - The indoor humidity should be kept below 80%. It is recommended to use a dehumidifier to reduce the humidity and prevent the instrument from getting damp.   3. Power supply requirements:    - The voltage needs to be stable at 220V, and the allowed fluctuation range is ±5%. If the fluctuation exceeds this range, a dedicated 5KVA voltage regulator must be used.    - The equipment needs to have a dedicated ground wire, and the ground resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms to ensure safety.   4. Gas supply requirements:    - The raw gas should be pure oxygen with a purity of 99.9% to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.    - Nitrogen or oil-free compressed air can be used as motive gas to ensure that the gas is pure and contains no oil.   5. Working environment requirements:    - The work area must be vibration-free to avoid interfering with the normal operation of the equipment, and dust-free to avoid contaminating the interior of the instrument.   6. Crucible handling requirements:    - Heat the crucible to above 1200°C in a muffle furnace and incinerate it for at least four hours, then cool it naturally and store it in a desiccator within eight hours until ready for use.**Detailed description of acceptance test standards:**1. Repeatability index test:    - Use the standard sample provided by Wanlianda Company with a carbon content of 0.5%-1.0% and a sulfur content of 0.045%-0.1% for seven consecutive measurements.    - The relative standard deviation (RSD) should be less than or equal to 0.4% for carbon and less than or equal to 1.0% for sulfur to ensure the stability and reliability of the test results.   2. Accuracy test:    - Carbon testing is divided into three concentration ranges:      - Use a standard with a carbon content of 0.01%-0.1% for calibration and then test another sample within the same range. The measurement error must comply with the JJG395-2016 standard tolerance.      - Use a standard with a carbon content of 0.1%-1% for calibration and then test another sample in the same range. Also ensure that the measurement error is within the allowable range.      - Using standards with a carbon content of more than 1% for post-calibration testing still needs to meet the error standard.         - The test of sulfur is also divided into two concentration intervals:      - Use a standard with a sulfur content of 0.01%-0.1% for calibration and then test another sample within the same range to ensure that the measurement error meets the standard.      - Use standard products with a sulfur content exceeding 0.1% for post-calibration testing, and the measurement error must also comply with the standard tolerance.     3. Acceptance confirmation:    - After all standard tests meet the above requirements, the user should sign and stamp to confirm the completion of acceptance.Additional remarks:- Standards used during calibration should usually have a higher concentration than the sample being tested to ensure accuracy.- All standards used must be valid standards within the validity period and recognized by the department.**Detailed description of CS-901B high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer configuration and performance table:**I. It can be divided into three regions with 0.78~2.5μm as the near infrared region, 2.5~25μm as the mid-infrared region and 25~100μm as the far-infrared region. Most IR instruments work in the mid-infrared region. Infrared rays are called infrared light as well because the characteristics are generally the same with the visible light that will travel in a straight line and comply with the law of light reflection and transmission. However, the infrared light is different with visible light from three distinctive features. Firstly, the infrared thermal power turns out to be largest throughout the electromagnetic spectrum; Secondly, the infrared rays will penetrate thick gas or cloud cover without scattering; finally, the thermal effects are significantly changed and easy to control after the infrared rays are absorbed.Many substances such as CO2 and SO2 can selectively absorb the infrared rays. The maximum absorption wavelength for CO2 is 4.26μm whereas for SO2, it is 7.35μm. Both the infrared absorption of CO2 and SO2 obey the Lambert Beer's law. Therefore, the basic principle of infrared analysis is the same with photometric analysis, but different with sensors and measured components. The sensor is phototube for photometric analysis whereas infrared detector for infrared analysis. The measured component is colored solution for photometric analysis whereas gas for infrared analysis. Therefore, the infrared analysis can be named as "gas colorimetric analysis" as well.The infrared detector is sophisticated gas analysis equipment, which consists of infrared (IR) light source, modulator, filter, measuring cell, detector together with relative circuits.Before the combustion of samples, there is only O2 going through the measuring cell. As the infrared light with specified wavelength will not be absorbed by O2, detectors will receive the infrared light with maximum energy emitted from the infrared light source. Then, with the combustion of samples, CO2 and SO2 will enter the measuring cell together with O2 to absorb the infrared light. The infrared light energy received by detectors will decay exponentially with the concentration increase of CO2 and SO2.
