Product Description Product DescriptionPP Plastic Elastic FillerPlastic Elastic Filler is the core component of the contact oxidation process, directly influencing treatment efficiency, oxygenation performance, capital investment, operation cycle, and costs. Due to its unique structural design and high-quality material selection, it features long service life, excellent oxygenation efficiency, low power consumption, rapid biofilm formation, easy biofilm detachment and renewal, high load impact resistance, significant treatment effects, simple operation and management, non-clogging, non-agglomeration, and low cost. This filler can adjust filament thickness/density and assembly configurations according to different process water quality conditions, making it fully suitable for anaerobic, facultative, and aerobic treatment processes of various wastewater.Product FeaturesPlastic Elastic filler selects premium corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant polyolefins and polyamides. Mixed with hydrophilic, adsorptive, and anti-thermal oxidation additives, it uses a special wire-drawing and filament texturing process to interweave filaments onto corrosion-resistant, high-strength central ropes. Through sophisticated material selection and process formulation, the filaments maintain optimal rigidity-flexibility balance, forming a three-dimensional radial arrangement. This results in suspended monolithic fillers that uniformly expand in three dimensions across the effective treatment area, enabling full gas-water-biofilm mixing and contact exchange. Biofilms not only evenly adhere to each filament with good activity and porosity variability but also continuously increase specific surface area during operation while maintaining healthy metabolism - a characteristic unmatched by other domestic fillers.Compared to rigid honeycomb fillers, it has variable porosity and no clogging. Compared to soft fillers, it has longer material life and no sticky agglomeration. Compared to semi-soft fillers, it offers larger surface area, faster biofilm formation, and lower cost.
