It is found that the microstructure of Mgstrontium alloy is related to the addition of strontium, melting temperature and holding time. The matrix phase α-Mg in the alloy microstructure is dendritic, and the eutectic structure is strip or sheet, distributed along the grain boundary. Mg-Sr alloy has obvious metamorphic refining effect on AZ91 magnesium alloy grains, and the refining effect is related to the amount of alloy added. Study on preparation of Magnesium strontium alloy by molten salt electrolysis As a green engineering material, magnesium alloy has obvious advantages such as low density, high specific strength and stiffness, high damping performance, strong electromagnetic shielding ability and easy recovery, etc. It has attracted much attention in recent years and is widely used in aerospace, transportation vehicles,3C products and other fields. However, the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy are poor when the temperature is above 120oC, especially the creep resistance at high temperature, corrosion resistance and hot cracking resistance. Adding alkali earth element strontium to magnesium alloy can improve the heat resistance of magnesium alloy. The preparation of magnesium-strontium alloy is generally adopted by mixing method. The disadvantages of this method are long process and high energy consumption. In the smelting process, the alloying element burning and segregation are very serious. In view of the shortcomings of the blending method, a new method of directly preparing magnesium-strontium alloy.... using all metal compounds as raw materials by molten salt electrolytic codeposition in one step is proposed. Preparation of Magnesium strontium alloy by electrochemical reduction A new method for preparing Mg-Sr alloy by electrochemical reduction was proposed. Through theoretical and experimental research, the process flow and process parameters were obtained. The results show that Mg-Al-Sr alloy can be directly obtained by sinking electrolysis using Mg-9Al as cathode and LiCl-16SrCl2 as electrolyte. The decomposition voltage of LiCl is similar to that of SrCl2. During the electrolytic process,Li will be precipitated when Sr is precipitated. Sr is mainly dissolved into Mg-based melt, and Li is mainly floating on the surface of molten salt. In the microstructures of Mg-Al-Sr obtained by electrolytic reduction, there are a lot of flaky structures. Effects of magnesium strontium alloy and its coating on biological behavior of osteoblasts The effects of magnesium strontium alloy and its surface coatings (micro-arc oxidation coating, electrochemical deposition coating, strontium phosphorus coating) on the adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of mouse osteoblasts (MC3T3-E1) were studied to determine the optimal coating type on the surface of magnesium strontium alloy. Methods: In vitro cytotoxicity test (MTT method) was used to determine the results of cultured mouse osteoblasts (MC3T3-E1) cultured with the extracts of MG-strontium alloy and its surface coatings, so as to evaluate the biocompatibility of three different coatings on the surface of MG-strontium alloy.
