Product Description HVHIPOT GDXG-H Transmission Overhead Line Fault LocatorGeneral InformationGDXG-H Transmission (Overhead) Line Fault Locator is suitable for locating 6-35kV overhead line faults, and can solve various fault types such as low-resistance faults, high-resistance faults, arc-ground faults, and phase-to-phase short-circuit faults. Provides a complete set of overhead line fault location solutions, integrating four functions of fault diagnosis, AC location, DC location, DC withstand voltage, and AC withstand voltage. The innovative AC positioning mode, for low-resistance faults, detects the characteristic signal directly below the line, no need to mount the sensor on the pole, and has the characteristics of simple operation and convenient use. For high-resistance faults that occur on lines equipped with smart switches (with grounded PTs), the AC positioning + booster method is adopted without releasing the PT.
