Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionIntroduction to Plastic Injection Molded PartsOperation steps- Power on : Plug in the power supply, press the switch, and the machine will automatically start making ice.- Add water or snowflake liquid : Depending on the type of snowflake machine, if it is an ice maker, water needs to be added. If it is a snowflake machine used for stage effects, etc., an appropriate amount of snowflake liquid should be injected into the liquid storage tank.- Adjustment Parameters : Adjust the spray volume and dispersion range of the snowflake machine as needed to achieve the desired effect.- Ice-making process : The ice maker, through the refrigeration system and control system, can control the flow rate and temperature of the refrigerant, thereby ensuring the stability of ice-making. During the ice-making process, water is controlled by a fully automatic water tank to regulate the inflow flow and a certain water level, and then passes through a double-screw evaporator. After being cooled by the refrigeration system, ice and water are mixed to produce a refrigeration process with a relatively low water content.- Ice removal : When the ice is full, the photoelectric control technology will detect it and automatically shut down. After removing the ice blocks, it will automatically restart. It should not be close to heat sources. The ambient temperature for the machine's operation should not be lower than 5℃ and not higher than 38℃.
