Under this circumstance, the main process is to wash away the mud/soil with a rotary washing machine, and screen out big size stones/gravels with a vibrating screen, then use a sluice box & gold shaker table to separate the free gold particles from black sand concentrate from the previous stage.Forui Machine offers complete gold wash plants irrespective of the material quality. The gold washing plant mainly includes feeding, washing, sieving, rough separation, final concentration, and gold refining; and could effectively get more than 90% gold recovery in production.Technological ProcessAlluvial Gold Processing(Gold wash machinery)1. FeedingDepending on the plant and material conditions, there are various ways of feeding. We can choose a vibrating hopper feeder, hopper, industrial conveyor belts, or wheel loader and excavator feed directly. Usually will make some grizzly bar on the feeding machine or hopper to remove big waste stones2.Washing& screeningThis process is used to wash the clay from the raw material and screen out large stones.
