It can effectively solve the separation problem of solid-liquid mixed materials during production and provide guarantee for the smooth progress of subsequent production processes.PRODUCT DETAILSThe working principle of this equipment revolves around the coordinated operation of the rotary drum and the feeding scroll: the two rotate at high speed with a certain differential speed. Materials enter the inner cylinder of the scroll pusher through the feed pipe, and enter the rotary drum after acceleration; under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase is deposited on the inner wall of the rotary drum to form a sediment layer, which is continuously pushed to the conical end of the rotary drum by the scroll pusher, and discharged from the slag discharge port after dehydration in the drying zone; the lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which overflows from the overflow port at the large end of the rotary drum and is then discharged through the liquid outlet. The entire machine can continuously complete the full processes of feeding, sedimentation, separation, dehydration and discharging while operating at full speed.The equipment has significant characteristics in separation performance and operation adjustment: it has a high separation factor and can realize stepless adjustment of the rotary drum speed and differential speed, ensuring the material separation effect; it adopts a dual-motor and dual-frequency conversion design (which can be changed to a single-motor and single-frequency conversion design according to customer requirements); the drive motor is equipped with a frequency converter, enabling soft start and stepless adjustment of the rotary drum speed; at the same time, the liquid level height of the centrifuge can be flexibly adjusted according to the different properties of materials, adapting to diverse separation needs.The equipment has prominent advantages in process components and operation & maintenance: advanced differential is used in the process (customized hydraulic differential, such as Weishilong hydraulic differential, can be provided according to customer requirements), and imported brand bearings are selected, which greatly extends the service life of the rotary drum components; the main components are optimized in design, and the rotary drum and scroll adopt advanced dynamic balancing technology for three-dimensional balancing. The bearing vibration of the whole machine is better than the national standard, and the vibration is controlled within 5mm/s after feeding (the national standard is 11mm/s).
