The whole machine is controlled by PLC and operated by human-machine interface, which makes the operation of the equipment convenient and quick, with a high degree of intelligence.2. The feeding area is equipped with an automatic pre-positioning device for connecting with the upper washing machine to realise in-line production. The feeding and discharging conveying adopts multi-axis universal wheel conveying, driven by gear motor + frequency converter. The conveying is stable and the speed is adjustable.3. The four-column beam is driven by low backlash gear motor + frequency converter, and the beam is stable in lifting and lowering. Equipped with encoder for position detection.4. High precision of repeat position. The four columns are equipped with safety cylinder + safety photoelectric switch + emergency stop button, multiple protection of personal safety. The printing beam is made of special profile, and the printing head is mounted on the printing beam by precise linear guide. This ensures maximum printing accuracy. Printing head adopts gear motor + inverter combination drive, synchronous belt drive. Printing and ink return speeds are individually adjustable. Squeegee, ink knife adopts constant pressure design, and is equipped with anti-drip ink device.5. The whole machine is equipped with several fine positioning points, which can be adjusted according to the size of the product. When positioning the glass, the fan blows air on the glass to form a layer of air cushion between the glass and the table surface to prevent the glass from being scratched. After the positioning is completed, the blowing is converted to suction, so that the glass can be printed under strong adsorption, and the printing accuracy can be guaranteed.
