EQUIPMENT FEATURES:Efficiency And OutputA machine production capacity is 15 to 20 million notebooks if run for 300 days a yearBy running 20 hours a day, one machine can use up 8-10 ton of reel paper. So if set to produce five booklets, less than 40 sheets, equal to 80pages, the machine can produce 12000 per hour. Cost And WastageThe printing unit uses soft plate printing rollers; the price for the soft plate is 0.18RMB/mm2. For example, if double pages one color, 2 soft plates cost around 1200RMB. One plate can print around 300 ton paper.The printing uses environmentally friendly water ink, the cost is less than RMB5 per kilogram. It is one quarter of offset printing ink costs. In future most users will tend to use water inks because of environmental considerations.Less wastage of the paper. Our machine can cut 6 booklets each time. The middle of the booklets does not need to be cut. Pages only need 5mm trimming wastage on both sides. Compared with other machines, each book can save around 10mm paper.Labor cost.
