More than 30 sets of forging equipments, including 12-ton free forging electro-hydraulic hammers, 8-ton and 5-ton free forging electro-hydraulic hammers, 5-ton die forging hammers, 1-ton and 2-ton electro-hydraulic hammers. The heating process adopts two methods: medium frequency heat dissipation and natural gas temperature control furnaces, which guaranteed the accuracy of temperature control.
