Compound Agent DispensingCarefully add essential elements like vulcanizers (sulfur or peroxide), promoters, anti-aging agents, and fillers (carbon black or white carbon black). Achieve precise performance customization with accurate weighing, maintaining an error margin of just 0.1%.3. Treatment of Reinforcement MaterialsEnhance binding strength by pretreating skeletal materials like steel wire or fiber. This involves soaking in rubber and drying at a controlled 60-70°C to ensure maximum integration with the rubber matrix.2. Plastic Refining ProcessEnhance plasticity by reducing the molecular weight of the raw glue.
