Also we could offer precision ceramic bearing which generally used in high-speed and high-rigidity spindle.the manufactured clearance could be P4 TO UP grade.Characteristics: 1. Higher toughness(the highest of all ceramic materials), the bending strength is 1300Mpa, but the fracture toughness is sensitive to the temperatur,take care when operate high temperature. 2. High hardness,wearing resistance,no easy to scratch the dual pieces 3. Anti-corrosion,it is stable for most acid and alkali. 4. The contact fatigue life is more different from bearing,it is not suitable for manufacturing the ceramic bearings,that is high speed and heavy load 5. speed.Suitable elastic ratioThe elastic ratio of ceramics is higher than that of steel, this can increase bearing's dynamic stiffness, however, the elastic ratio should not be too high, otherwise, excessive elastic ratio will create stress concentration to decrease the bearing capacity.Low thermal expansionThis can make bearings insensitive to the changes of temperature, and is helpful to preventing the bearings from being jammed.
