After completing the positioning, the filling actuator will open the lid of the empty barrel (200L), peel, fill, and re-inspect (second support platform) in turn. If the filling is unqualified and the weight is lower than the target value, it will automatically refill and fill, and then screw on the cap. If the weight exceeds the standard, it will be manually confirmed and then screwed on. The above process is carried out for four barrels in turn.Robot labeling: At the labeling station, the camera takes a picture to give the labeling position of the barrel body (200L), and the barrel body is labeled by the robot. The position of the ton barrel is fixed, so there is no need for visual positioning labeling.
