Product Description Insecticide Combination Pyridaben 25% + Spirodiclofen 5% WPProduct DescriptionPyridaben is an organic phosphorus acaricide. It has contact action but no systemic transportation or fumigation effect. It effectively kills the eggs, larvae, nymphs, and adults of leaf mites. It also shows good efficacy against rust mites. The action is rapid, with a lasting effect of 30 to 50 days, and it withstands rainwater washing. Its acaricidal effect is not influenced by temperature, and there is no cross-resistance with other chemicals. It is an ideal acaricide during the occurrence of leaf mites.Pyridaben is a low-toxicity and broad-spectrum pesticide that is safe for humans and livestock. It has low toxicity to crops and enemies of pests but is highly toxic to fish. It causes no harm to deciduous fruit trees. On fruit trees, it mainly controls hawthorn leaf mites and apple spider mites on apple and pear trees. It also targets citrus spider mites and can control leafhoppers, aphids, and thrips on fruit trees.Spirodiclofen is an acaricide of the ketoacid class and an embryonic development inhibitor. It mainly inhibits the synthesis of fats in mites and disrupts their energy metabolism. It effectively kills the eggs, nymphs, and young mites but is ineffective against adult mites. However, it suppresses the oviposition and hatching rates of female mites. Spirodiclofen acts as a growth and development inhibitor and has a contact action. Although its efficacy is slow, its residual effect lasts from 30 to 60 days. It has good compatibility and works through a completely different mechanism than existing acaricides, showing no cross-resistance with other mite control agents.Features of Spirodiclofen1.
