Max cooling temperature reach to -25oC.Industrial chiller is a refrigeration system used to cool processes, equipments, or materials in various industrial applications. It works by removing heat from a liquid (usually water or a water-glycol mixture) through a vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycle. The chilled liquid is then circulated through a heat exchanger or directly to the equipment needing cooling, where the heat is absorbed and transferred to a secondary fluid.Air cooled water chiller is mainly applied to a cooling process in molding of plastic film and PE plastics bag or other industries. The chiller will greatly improve quality of molded products and shorten period of injection molding cycles. And then the hot water from the system returns to the chiller. When the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature, the compressor start to work. Refrigerant system absorbs the heat load of the water.Electrical automatic control system: Including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part is through contactor, compressor, fan, water pump supply power. Automatic control includes temperature controller, pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection and other mutual combination to achieve automatic startup and stop of the root temperature, protection and other functions. Monitors and regulates the chiller's operation to maintain desired temperatures.Evaporator - water or air enters the chiller system.
