Product DescriptionCNC deep hole honing machine The 2MK50 is a newly developed honing machine by our company to meet customer needs. It features economic efficiency, safety, simple operation, a clean appearance, and high cost-performance. By improving the spindle box, machine straightness, and assembly accuracy, the working noise of the machine is effectively reduced. The machine adopts the principle of workpiece-fixed honing head rotating and reciprocating cutting for processing. The middle part of the workpiece is locked by a chain, and the honing tool is installed on the honing rod at the front end of the spindle box for honing. The honing head uses a servo motor-driven expansion method to control the pressing force between the abrasive stones and the inner wall of the workpiece. Work pressure data can be displayed via a pressure sensor, ensuring precise pressure control. The operation panel is easy to identify, and the honing process is continuously cooled and lubricated by sufficient cooling oil at the honing head position. The oil pump provides adequate flow and enables flow adjustment.
