The furnace power is adjustable with a stepless induction voltage regulator, catering to process requirements.7. Melting and holding furnaces are equipped with digital temperature displays and protection features, including overload, overvoltage, grounding, and water temperature/voltage alarms.8. The crystallizer's width adjusts from 330-450mm and thickness from 16-23mm. It features a stainless steel (304) cooling water distribution system with a thermometer, pressure gauge, valve, etc.9. The secondary cooling device reduces billet temperature below 50°C. Components like the water tank, cooling pipes, air duct, protective cover, and valve are made of stainless steel (304).10. Choose the traction machine's control program based on process needs, ensuring no slip between the casting billet and traction device. AC frequency conversion servo motor guarantees synchronous casting strip transmission.11. The take-up machine group moves on the track, adopting an intermittent coiling mode for automatic end-retention.12. Features 3 independent hydraulic systems. 13.
