The adjustment of the grinding disc gap is manual adjustment. Hoisting and installation of double disc refiner When hoisting, please observe:Check the appearance of the refiner first, and check whether the accessories are complete according to the packing list.The refiner should be installed on a firm foundation and fixed with anchor bolts (the size of the reserved hole in the foundation is shown in Figure 3). The plane on the base of the refiner requires that the longitudinal horizontal deviation is ≤0.10mm/m and the horizontal deviation is ≤0.2mm/m. At the same time, the spindle is used to adjust the longitudinal horizontal deviation and the outlet flange surface is used to adjust the horizontal deviation.The coaxiality between the two couplings of the refiner is controlled at 0.20mm, and the gap between the two couplings should be kept consistent, and there should be no offset, tilt, etc.Electrical appliances for double disc refinerThe motor of the ZDP double-disc refiner adopts Y-△ step-down unidirectional starting, and is automatically controlled by a time relay to realize Y-△ conversion.Maintenance of double disc refinerThe refiner must be kept clean and the fasteners must be firm. The transmission parts should be flexible and operate normally.All lubrication parts are regularly checked and refueled as required.If the refiner is down for a long time, the grinding area needs to be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.Replace the grinding discs, when the grinding teeth are only 1mm left, the order is as follows:Shut down and cut off the power supply;Retract the stator into the cutter head into the cover;Loosen the bolts and open the cover;Remove the rotor positioning plate;Remove the grinding disc;When installing a new grinding disc, clean the surface that is in contact with the grinding disc and apply butter. Refer to the installation diagram of the grinding disc to fix the grinding disc. Use the left-grained grinding disc on the side grinding area of the stator and the other side. Right grain grinding plate;Check again if the grinding disc is installed correctly, close the machine cover and tighten the bolts;After the new disc is replaced, the grinding disc must be ground with clean water to ensure the quality of the grinding. During grinding, the knife should be fed slowly to prevent strong collisions between the static disc and the movable disc, and the amount of water should be large to avoid tooth surface Fever is too high.Operation and test run Preparation before starting:Check whether each lubrication part is in good condition;Check whether the solid parts are loose, especially the grinding screw;Connect the power supply;Withdraw the cutter head, and then start the motor. After the machine runs normally, it will start to feed the slurry, and then slowly pressurize it to feed the slurry;The pressure current of the ZDPΦ380 refiner is not greater than 65A; the pressure current of the ZDP450 refiner: Y315M-6, the 90KW motor must not be greater than 160A.Lubrication of double disc refinerThe main shaft is lubricated by oil, inspected once a week, and cleaned and replaced every six months.ZG-3 calcium-based grease is used for the lubrication of the stator feed disk, and the oil is injected once a week.The worm gear box uses ZG-3 calcium-based grease, which is checked once a month and replaced every six months.
