This compact masterpiece is meticulously designed for streamlined maintenance and unparalleled performance.Installation Instructions3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base elegantly on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, meticulously spot weld the irons at 4~5 crucial points for optimal stability.The wedge shall be expertly crafted and installed by the user to suit the unique actual conditions. Ensure the contact surface is thoroughly finished for even and flawless contact of inclined planes.The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).3.3.2 Using a level instrument, achieve precision leveling. The unit requires meticulous axial leveling at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal leveling at 0.10/1000mm.Let these exacting standards guide your leveling process to ensure flawless operation.3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:1) Power down the main power supply, ensuring a secure and safe working environment.2) Remove the coupling shield carefully to access the internal components.3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling for alignment preparation.4) Ensure the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and free from any debris or obstructions.5) The motor bolt holes must be larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for seamless adjustment of the motor.6) Equip yourself with sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These gaskets should be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding long or thin variations for adjustments.7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with a 0.01mm accuracy, to ensure flawless alignment.8) Assemble a bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, flawlessly align the compressor and motor center lines. Achieve an outer circle deviation of no more than 0.05mm, and a coupling end face of 0.03~0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.11) Secure the motor foot bolts with precision, then recheck the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to confirm optimal alignment.;12) After a successful motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section with confidence.3.3.4 Post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts should be tightened securely. After mechanical operation or trial run, bolts must be loosened and retightened for renewed stability.3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, demands utmost protection from solid or liquid intrusion, which could irreparably harm the compressor. Maintain pristine inlet and outlet pipelines, aligned with the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any substandard pipelines immediately.For enhanced protection, it is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are in place per the PI diagram. Use a separate bracket to support the pipeline connected to the compressor, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete achieves full solidity, it is time to proceed with the compressor's operational test. Ensuring all components are correctly positioned and solidified is crucial for optimal performance.3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration, the electric control cabinet for the compressor needs to be strategically positioned within a precise 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet must be secured using threading pipes, ideally routed through the underground for safety and efficiency.
