Product Description Automatic PET Bottle Juice Filling Machine for Apple and Orange JuiceThis series small bottle filling machine is used for normal and hot filling and production of tea drink , fruit juice , flavor juice , energy drink .... etc. This juice bottling machine integrates washing, filling and capping together. The whole fruit juice filling package machine adopts clip bottle neck suspension process design, and uses the filling valve lifting, can satisfy the requirement of a max 95oC hot filling technology. Filling movements is smooth, fast, high precision, reliable sealing, low material loss of functionality, and effectively avoid the secondary pollution of bottle opening. Simply replacing equivalent components, can realize conversion between different bottles. Human-machine interface touch-screen control, PLC computer control, frequency converter control and other advanced technology, high degree of automation. It adopts bottleneck blocking type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and easier.4. The main machine is controlled by PLC completely. Washing Parts.-Rotary rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers.-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.-After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again. Filling Parts.-The star-wheels drive the bottles always "by the neck" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer's personal safety.
