Product Description https://qingdaorunyuan.en.made-in-china.com/product-list-1.html Working PrincipleThe biogas torch forcibly shortens the flame through the high power air distribution, while the high power airdistribution also can forcibly lower the combustion chamber temperature. By low-temperature oxidation reaction,biogas is decomposed and burned, the combustion byproducts are CO2 (carbon dioxide) and H2O (water). Underlow-temperature combustion conditions, it can effectively reduce the generation of NOx (nitride) and SOx(sulfide), safely and environmentally. Torch classificationThe biogas torch is composed by the combustion chamber, injector nozzle, support structure, ignition and flame monitoring system, flame arrester, main actuator, condensate discharge, PLC control cabinet and other main components. According to the combustion type, torches can be divided into four types: premixed torches, injection torches, enclosed torches and external combustion torches.(1) Premixed torchesThe draught fan is equipped with to forcibly pre-mix the biogas and air. Then the biogas combustion reaction is intense, the flame propagation speed is fast, the combustion intensity is high and the flame is short. Therefore, forced premixing combustion torches are all small volumes and low manufacturing costs, suitable for stable biogas production and high methane content.(2) Injection torchesThe torch adopts the Venturi combustion head. Air will naturally enter during biogas combustion. So the torch has low noise and high biogas combustion efficiency. The main body of the torch is made of 304 stainless steel. The double-layer stainless steel combustion chamber can effectively isolate thermal radiation, reduce the temperature of the torch barrel and effectively prevent the operator. The torch adopts the fully automatic control system, with automatic ignition and combustion control. The PLC control system is efficient and stable. The detection system uses ultraviolet detection to monitor the torch 24 hours one day, also equipped with fault alarms.(3) External combustion typeThe main body of the torch is made of 304 stainless steel. The torch is also equipped with automatic ignition control, with low external combustion cost and good performance.(4) Internal combustion typeThe torch adopts closed internal combustion technology, biogas is burned inside the torch barrel. The flame will not overflow the torch mouth, ensuring safe use. The ceramic fire-proof fiber is lining inside the torch barrel. This will effectively isolate thermal radiation, reduce the temperature of the torch external barrel and ensure the safety of operators. The main body of the torch is made of 304 stainless steel. The body is integrated and easy for lift. The base is fixed with anchor bolts, making installation convenient and simple. The torch uses the PLC control system and ultraviolet detector, ensuring stable operation. High burnout rate and quiet combustion. Technical Features1. All torch products can be customized based on buyer different standards and needs. According to customer customization, ceramic fire-proof modules are used and fire-proof temperature reached 1300°C, effectively isolate thermal radiation and ensure the outside safety of the torch.4. The torch adopts a PLC control module, with the LCD touch screen display interface. The system can remotely transmit signals. The equipment operation status can be directly observed in the equipment central control room, enabling the control room to start and stop on-site equipment and no need personnel on duty.
