All of the rolls has been dynamic static balance treated.6. All anilox roll is between 200-250. If the client request the ink erasing knife the anilox roll is between 350-400 which is as same as the offset printing.7. Hardness of the rubber roll is above 70 degree.8.Top end lead edge feeder which is 3 times more expensive than the normal one but is 20 times longer in using life.Feeding unit:1.Variable frequency control of the main electromotor.2.Special fan sufficiently eliminates the dust and scraps on the surface of the board to improve the printing quality.Printing unit:1.The phase is 360 degree adjusted by electric planet gears.
