Product Description Product IntroductionFRP/GRP septic tank is an ideal tank for toilet drain when there is no sewage system and construction chain. 0.5m3 -2.5m3 septic tanks are suitable for toilet drain and several houses, more bigger one will be used for residence community, supermarket and hotel etc. It is durable and performs best over a long time than plastic and concrete material,especially waterproof performance,since concrete is not waterproof while fiberglass is an impermeable material composition.When compared to plastic, FRP septic tank is really worth enough as fiberglass does not bend and groundwater pressures will be extremely strong than the base.There are two types, one is molding process and the other is winding process,shown below. Product Structure:Operating Process:The primary anaerobic chamber serves to accept fresh feces, anaerobically ferment, decompose, and separate the layers, consisting of top scum, middle liquid, and bottom sludge. It also captures and settles parasitic eggs. The secondary anaerobic chamber continues to capture and settle parasitic eggs, facilitates deeper anaerobic fermentation.The disinfection and egg-killing clarification tank primarily serves the purpose of clarification, ensuring that the discharged wastewater is environmentally safe. Domestic wastewater enters the septic tank through the upper inlet, settling within the tank. As the wastewater flows through the baffles in the septic tank and is treated using the principles of septic tank theory, and filtration, it extends the retention time in the tank. The contact and degradation time between the wastewater and settled sludge are prolonged, and the wastewater comes into contact with the microorganisms in the filter.
