Product Description Product Introduction1.Vertical insulating glass automatic production line is a special equipment for trough aluminum insulating glass, with high degree of automation and high production efficiency.2.The vertical insulating glass automatic production line includes a feeding section, a cleaning and drying section, a discharging section, an aluminum frame assembly section, a panel outer-combination section, an automatic panel-combining flat pressing section (internal air inflation), and a flat pressing discharge section, with a total of seven sections. 3.All frames are welded with thick sections and have high structural strength. The cleaning and drying section are all welded with stainless steel materials, and the bearing seat and sliding seat are all made of anti-corrosion materials, making the whole machine anti-corrosive and durable.Product Feature1. The whole process is controlled by PLC and frequency converter for speed regulation. The degree of automation is high, the transition speed is synchronized across the line, and the operation is reliable and stable. 2. The feed section is equipped with a contact conductive coating detection device, which ensures reliable detection of the coating and prevents damage to the coating. 3. The housing of the washing machine is made of stainless steel, and the upper and lower top plates are made of 6mm thick stainless steel plates. In order to ensure that the coating layer is not scratched when making the coated insulating glass, three sets of soft brushes are used, which not only ensures that the coating is not scratched, but also achieves the best cleaning effect. 4. The drying section adopts high-power and high-pressure fans and stainless steel air knives, with low noise and fast air-drying speed. The positioning of the aluminum frame in the assembly section of the aluminum frame is supported by aluminum alloy profiles, and the glue depth is adjusted through the screw pair by the hand wheel, and the position display is equipped to display the glue depth, which is convenient to adjust. 6. The front and back movement of the outboard joint segment platform adopts hydraulic control, and the operation is stable and reliable. The lifting and lowering of the beam is controlled by a brake motor and a frequency converter, which ensures stable lifting and high control accuracy.7. The automatic flat pressing section (inflated in the plate) is pressed by a ball screw nut pair, guided by a linear guide, to ensure that the glass is pressed uniformly and does not break. The normal film and the large film are controlled by a servo motor, the horizontal direction is 100mm, the vertical direction is 50mm. The in-board inflation function adopts the lower inflation mode. The bottom surface and the left and right sides are blocked, and the upper surface is exhausted. The inflation is fast, the inert gas is saved, and the concentration is high. 8. The automatic production line has complete functions, with functions such as two-glass, three-glass, special-shaped, large and small pieces, external bonding, internal bonding, and internal inflation. 9. The utilization rate of argon gas is ≥60%, and the time is short. 1000*1000mm+9mm. The interval bar inflation time is ≤3sec. According to the thickness of the glass and the glass + spacer, the screw system driven by the servo motor automatically forms an air-filled gap between the first glass and the second glass + spacer in the tablet press, and ensures the pass rate of the tablet. 10. Automatically measure the length of the glass, and the inflatable side barriers driven by the servo motor will automatically follow up according to the length of the glass. The gas filling nozzles outside the partition stop working, saving argon to the greatest extent. The height of the glass is automatically detected, and the inflation time will automatically track the corresponding inflation parameters to ensure the inflation volume and save the gas consumption. 11.
