A well run in saw blade has a service life that is at least 30% longer than an un run in one.Break in method:1.During the break in period cutting, reduce the line speed to 60% of the normal line speed;2.During the break in period, the cutting speed is 1/3 of the normal speed or 40% of the normal efficiency;3.The cutting area during the running in period is 800-1200 square meters or the running in time is about 40-80 minutes.Note: 1) The break in time for mold steel and difficult to cut materials can reach 120 minutes.2) Titanium alloy does not require running in.
