Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionRexroth Proportional Directional ValveRexroth proportional directional valves, such as the 4WRDE series, are high-performance components designed for precise control over the direction and rate of fluid flow in industrial hydraulic systems. These valves are pilot-operated, meaning they use a small, electronically controlled pilot stage to manage a larger, high-power main stage. This design allows for sophisticated control of hydraulic actuators (cylinders and motors) in terms of their position, speed, and force, making them suitable for complex automation tasks.Operational Principle and Construction: The 4WRDE 25 valve is a three-stage, pilot-operated directional control valve with integrated electronics and electrical position feedback (closed-loop control) . The valve's core components include a torque motor and nozzle-flapper system in the first pilot stage, a second-stage pilot spool, and the main control spool (third stage) . The integrated electronics (OBE) compare the command signal with the actual position of the main spool, measured by an inductive position sensor. Any discrepancy creates a control deviation, which adjusts the pilot stage to move the main spool until the deviation is eliminated .
