Examples include potassium salts, sodium salts, ammonium salts, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, natron, borax, activated carbon, raw materials for drugs, pharmaceutical intermediates, ion exchange resins, cotton fiber, etc.The horizontal spiral discharge centrifugal filter relies on the relative movement of the discharge screw and the drum to ensure the uniform distribution of solid phase particles on the inner wall of the screen and prevent excessive vibration caused by uneven distribution. Even when the machine is stopped, the screw does not have residual potential unbalanced solid particles. The centrifuge operates smoothly, has low vibration, and low noise.According to the operating conditions, perforated metal plate screens, multi-layer sintered metal screens, or chevron-shaped metal strip welded long seam screens can be used.For some difficult-to-separate materials, the centrifuge can be adjusted and improved accordingly:· Increase the length of the drum· Adjust the rotational speed of the drum· Adjust the difference in rotational speed between the drum and the discharge screw· Change the semi-cone angle of the drum's cone section· Change the number of screw heads and the helical angle of the screw of the discharge screwThe adjustment of centrifuge technical parameters and the improvement of related parts must be determined before the centrifuge product is manufactured.
