It currently have one clay material production workshop, one glaze material production workshop ,one mold production workshop, 21 automatic roller lines, 7 automatic slip casting lines, 1 automatic glazing machine, 43 manual slip casting lines, 14 single-roller machines, and 4 chain dryers. Additionally, there are three 58-meter finished porcelain roller kilns, four cubic kilns (each 27 cubic meters), two 36-meter biscuit firing roller kilns, one 60-meter biscuit firing roller kiln, and two decoration kilns. Among these, both the roller kilns and the drawer kilns are fully automated and controlled by AIoT systems, which collect real-time information on the status and temperature zoning of the kilns during operation, allowing kiln engineers to monitor the firing process at any time. Based on the current equipment and capacity design, the maximum production capacity for liquor bottles can reach 20 million bottles annually. It has passed ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 22000:2018.Alpha has a share stock glass factory produced glass bottles more than 200 millions with a workforce of over 1,000+ employees. The factory has 9 furnaces, 25 production lines (single gob and double gob), 8 bottle decoration lines, encompass extra flint (extra white), flint, Cobalt blue, Amber and black onyx glass. ISO 9001 standard covers the ability to design, produce, inspect and deliver products following a constant process to ensure continuous quality. The products manufactured by Alpha are for the food industry and are designed according to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system. All of the company's production sites are also certified ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 22000 (food safety) standards. All our products are quality controlled individually. We examines every last detail both by hand and by using automatic equipment to control the finish diameter, bottle dimensions and thickness, as well as to identify any possible defects. Q10: What is the delivery time?The delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of bottle decoration. Q12: Can you arrange transportation to our destination from China?Yes we will recommend the best shipping agent to you and help you to arrange the transportation to your destination. Q13: How do we do if the quality issue?It was really rare for us. But we will pay you the losses if the quality is not good and can not use it. Q14: What kind of glass can you produce?We produce Extra Flint / Flint /Amber/ Cobalt blue during the whole year, and produce Black / Red or other colors sometimes. It is according to the orders. Q15: What is your ceramic bottle advantages?a. The clay / glazes / molds are come from our own workshops, we use completely lead-free clay and glazes,which certifies us as food grade (FDA certificate);b. Full automatic shaping line: There is only 3-5 factories with full automatic shaping line in China, we are one. So we can control the bottle shape and filling capacity very well with this line;c. Our ceramic bottles are fired in high temperature, so it never leak liquids or absorb moisture,bacterias or odors;d. 3. Roller kiln: The Roller kiln is horizontal and temperature is steady, so the shape and color of bottle is consistent;e. 100% Quality Inspection: All our bottles are 100% inspected to guarantee that our clients receive qualified products.
