Product Description Product DescriptionTOP PACKERSSTP Retrievable Sealbore Packer is a Retrievable Packer. Hydraulically set by pressure in the tubing. It is run with a Hydraulic Setting Tool & retrieving is done independently from the Tubing, using a Retrieving Tool manipulated on a work string. This packer is ideally suited for highly deviated wells both onshore & offshore.Two packing elements are used with high-performance material. The special material of packing element with good sealing performance features in favorable resistance to acid, alkali, oil and high temperature, high pressure.There are special sealing and rubber cylinder protection mechanisms on both sides of the rubber. The device has high strength and good ductility to fully protect the rubber cylinder and ensure the high bearing capacity of the rubber cylinder.Hydraulically and mechanically releasing methods for service tools and a tubing swivel head installed in the inner string, making a small torque and ensuring reliable operation.High-strength premium material with high loading capacity.Working Principle Of Top PackerDrop a setting ball and fill the string with completion fluid and hole pressure to shear out the corresponding pins in turn, and push the upper gauge ring to move. The movement of the upper gauge ring unlocks the special locking mechanism, the rubber cylinder is squeezed, and radial elastic deformation is generated to realize setting.The rubber cylinder also has axial displacement in the radial expansion process. After the shear pin of the retainer ring is cut, the slip cage and the upper cone are pushed to move, while the lower cone has been fixed on the body, so the upper/lower cone will move towards each other, to activate the slip, extend the slip, and realize packer setting. After bleed-off in the string, the check ring prevents the component from retracting and remains set.Service tool working principleThe top packer is run in the well with the sand-control string. The packer is set by dropping the ball into the drill pipe to open the built-in shield module and push the piston. The packer is released by hydraulic or mechanical reverse release, and the packer service tool is retrieved after completion.Retrieving principleIf the packer needs to be retrieved, run the special retrievable tool to enter the top packer. After in place, lift the retrievable tool to shear the pin of the support sleeve.
