Product Description Electrofusion Aligner Clamps for HDPE PipesElectrofusion Aligner Clamps for HDPE Pipes is an essential and professional tool for the alignment and support of pipes during electrofusion from ? 63mm to 200 mm.Product Description1.The Electrofusion machine clamps is entirely made of aluminium alloy, featuring a central adjustable joint and pipe fastening clamps fixed on axes.2.The adjustable joint can be set on 90°and 135° "in line" and T welding.3.Axes have V-shaped clamps positioned on them, which are equipped with pipe fastening belts. Special pipe fastening belts, ratchet wrench is used to tighten up freely. Avoid stuck4.The system, along with fixing the pipe to the clamp, serves also as a centering device.5.V-shape clamps is able to slide to different position6.Can be equipped with two or four V-shapes clamps7.The aligner is available in two configurations: 2 axes and 3 axes (to weld T fittings);The T-adaptor/Tee branch is an add-on tool enabling strap clamps to be used for clamping tees. To use the T-Adaptor a further V-Block clamp needs to be purchased.
