Packing&Delivery:Feininger shall ensure that packing and marking of the equipment to be delivered correspond to transportation conditions and guarantee equipment's safety during its transportation and storage. The package is not subject for reuse, the package cost should be taken by Feininger7. Warranty: 12 months excluding easily broken parts from the first testing date.8. Quality/Quantity discrepancy: In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 90 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination, while for quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. It is understood that the Seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company, Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization /or Post Office are liable.9. Machine installation, Commission and TrainingFeininger shall send experts engineers to the buyer's factory for the machine installation work done including commissioning and provide training to buyer designate staff.Feininger Welcome you!
