Product Description Three/ Single Phase China Factory /Electric/Energy Meter with Isolated CT Test Power BenchThe bench adopts iron sheet and aluminium-plastic alloy and it is in good shape. It consists of high voltage generator and control circuit, and it has protection doors for protection. High-voltage output can be regulated automatically or manually, which is easy to operate. Each meter position has its own test result indicator to judge whether it is puncture. This bench is suitable for the withstand voltage test of single phase meters and three phase meters2. Key parameters 1) Accuracy: Grade 5%.2) Power supply: 220V ±10%,50Hz/60Hz; Maximum power consumption: 750 VA(6 positions) Maximum output voltage: 5000V3) Each meter position has its own test result indicator to judge whether it is puncture. Leakage current of each meter position: 1mA-5mA;4) The leakage current of high voltage generator can be set: 25mA, 50mA, 75mA and 100mA according to the situation.5) High voltage output can be regulated manually or automatically.6) Time setting: 1~99s optional; After the withstand voltage time has been reached, the high voltage generator will return to its zero position automatically.3. Quality control4. Operation steps of withstand voltage test for three phase energy meters( to the meter housing) Hang the three phase energy meters, 6 meters can be tested at the same time. And connect the wires for each meter. For example: 4000V withstand voltage test between the electrical coil of three phase energy meter and meter housing. Set the leakage current of each position to "5mA", and set time on the high voltage generator to "60S", then close the protection doors, waiting for the alarm lamp to flash. When the 4000V high voltage outputs, the voltmeter will indicate 4000V accordingly. And this process is called withstand voltage test between the electrical coil of three phase energy meter and meter housing with 4000V and 60S, the pre-set withstand voltage time has been reached, the high voltage generator will return to its zero position automatically. And the test circuit for each position has its own current relay with the pre-set value of 5mA, when the leakage current goes over 5mA, this meter is puncture, and the puncture indicator lamp of this position will light up, and the test in other positions will go on. When the test is completed, press the "RESET" button, and the indicators of positions will go out.
