Pure magnesium has low strength and is easily deformed. By adding alloying elements (such as aluminum and zinc in the AZ series, and yttrium and rare earth elements in the WE series), the tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and formability of the tube can be significantly improved, meeting the requirements of various applications.2.
