In the early stage, JIMU engaged in mechanical production of steel grating, handrail and related products, under the name of Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Grating Co., Ltd.. Now, with the development of the company, extension of the market, and diversification of the product range, the company name has been changed to be Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Metal Structures Co., Ltd."JIMU", means building blocks in Chinese. We start from customer's point of views to simplified the usage. We have tried to make it a little better than we found it, and make sure everything we do honors the connection- from our commitment to the high quality products, to the way we cooperate with our customers.Jimu Idler Frame, Roller FrameJimu Idler Frame, the different type of idler frame, mainly used in mining transportation conveyors. We can provide 3D model design according to customer's requirements, and prepare necessary tooling jig and test mould according to technical requirements and specifications and tolerance accuracy requirements. The ITP, QP, WPS & PQR, WPQR, fabrication schedule, PSR will be used for project management and quality control management. The welding is done by CNC robot. The products can pass the 3D digital scanning test.We can offer the idler frames in Hot Dip Galvanized finish, then you do the other surface treatment as needed, such as painting, or powder coating, or other treatment. Or we can also do the painting finish directly before delivery. The packing way will be as our standard pack, if there is no special packing requirements. Or we can also do the packing as per client's request.
