Product Description20T/H Titanium/Stainless/Carbon steel electroplating Tubular-type double-effect MVR evaporator The tubular double-effect MVR evaporator is a key technology for achieving resource recovery and "zero emissions" in electroplating wastewater treatment. This system primarily targets high-salinity wastewater from nickel and copper plating processes. Using mechanical vapor recompression technology, the secondary vapor generated in the first effect is compressed and used as a heat source for both effects, evaporating large quantities of water efficiently and energy-efficiently. Heavy metal salts in the concentrate can be crystallized and recycled, while the distilled water obtained by condensation can be reused in the production line, achieving a closed-loop process.
