As gas enters, it is subjected to an intense spinning motion, thrusting liquid droplets toward the pipe wall due to the centrifugal forces generated.The coalesced liquid swiftly exits the cyclone pipes through strategically placed slots and flows into a separation chamber. From here, the accumulated liquid smoothly drains to the vessel sump through downpipes. A DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator boasts the ability to deliver higher capacity per unit vessel diameter than a DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTMunit, while maintaining droplet removal efficiency comparable to a well-sized DynaVaneTM unit.For superior droplet removal efficiency, a DynaSpinTM can be seamlessly integrated with a DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTM- mist eliminator that serves as a coalescer. This process forms larger droplets, which the DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator effectively removes.
