Bulk Bag / Jumbo Bag / FIBC -------------------------------------------------What it is - A "Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container" made from 140-240 g m-2 circular-woven PP, usually 90 × 90 × 110 cm. - Safety factor 5 : 1, 6 : 1 or 8 : 1; SWL 500–2 000 kg. - Optional PE liner, coated or un-coated fabric, duffle/spout top, flat/spout bottom, cross-corner or side-seam loops. Key features - High tensile strength yet only ~2 kg tare → low freight cost. - UV-stabilised, anti-static, conductive or food-grade resins available. - Double-chain stitching and reinforced corners give > 2 000 N loop strength. - Breathable fabric prevents condensation; lamination keeps product dry. - 100 % recyclable and reusable for many cycles. Key features - Maintains cubic shape → better warehouse utilisation and truck loading. - Baffles have 2-3 cm laser-cut holes that allow free product flow while preventing side bulge. - Safe for high-speed forklift handling and automated palletisers. - Available with food-grade liner for sugar, rice or pharmaceutical APIs.
